Concept Management Services is a family run business that really does specialise in all aspects of commercial cleaning. Our services, including general premises, computer, window, carpet, upholstery and hard floor cleaning and general maintenance are second to none.

Founded in 1990, by its proprietor Douglas Hyatt, Concept embarked on a journey to bring together many different ideas, provide a service that was just that little bit different and to encompass what others exclude, subsequently characterising the company name.

Our ongoing investment in training and resources continues to help us discover the science of successful cleaning techniques, of which we apply the components into each and every task, giving both ourselves and our clients the best possible results.
